We invite a talented, meticulous, and detail-oriented Junior Outreach Coordinator to join Dev.Pro, where you’ll manage email and LinkedIn outreach for the CTO Dinners initiative. In this role, you’ll contribute to our efforts to engage new leads, build valuable industry relationships, and support the companyβs continued growth and success.

β Is that you?
- 1.5+ years of experience working in a sales or marketing team, focused on outreach activities
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM tools
- Experience managing large volumes of leads and outreach
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience coordinating with multiple teams (Events, Sales, etc.)
- Openness to feedback and iterative improvements to templates and processes
Desirable:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas
- Ability to identify gaps and optimize internal processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of A/B testing tools and strategies for email and LinkedIn campaigns
π§©Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, youβll manage email and LinkedIn outreach for Dev.Proβs CTO Dinners initiative, tracking key performance metrics and ensuring consistent communication across platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and execute email outreach campaigns
- Manage LinkedIn outreach across multiple accounts
- Ensure consistent messaging and communication strategies across email and LinkedIn outreach
- Regularly review and optimize email and LinkedIn templates
- Conduct A/B testing for email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Track performance metrics (reply rate, open rate, etc.) and update lead data in CRM tools and Google Sheets
- Use HubSpot CRM, Apollo, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage leads and contacts
- Coordinate with potential clients to secure event attendance
- Work with Event Coordinators to finalize plans post-outreach
