We invite a Senior Confluence Administrator to join our team to help optimize and standardize Jira and Confluence across teams and products. This is a short-term (3-month), hands-on role focused on delivery and execution in a complex environment shaped by multiple mergers and acquisitions. You’ll assess existing instances, implement standardized workflows, dashboards, and reporting, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve how Atlassian tools are used day to day.

✅ Is that you?
- 3-5 years of experience administering Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments
- Experience consolidating and standardizing multiple post-M&A Jira and Confluence instances
- Strong analytical skills to assess existing instances and improve workflows and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience helping teams adopt standardized processes
- Hands-on experience implementing Jira/Confluence changes across workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Background as a Process Engineer with hands-on Atlassian experience
- Experience setting up Jira/Confluence dashboards, reports, and automation
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
This short-term role focuses on hands-on execution and delivery of Jira and Confluence standardization work across teams and products.
- Assess existing Jira and Confluence instances
- Standardize and consolidate workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Implement consistent Jira and Confluence configurations (projects, permissions, integrations)
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on improvements
- Execute standardization changes across Jira and Confluence environments
- Support adoption of standardized processes across teams
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automation to improve visibility and monitoring
- Document changes, standards, and guidelines for team training
- Support ongoing troubleshooting and maintenance of Atlassian tools
