We invite a confident and proactive Intermediate HR People Partner to join our HR team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll oversee people-related processes, provide guidance to managers and contractors, ensure smooth and compliant HR operations, and foster a positive and collaborative culture.

✅ Is that you?
- 2+ years as a People Partner or similar HR role, preferably in an IT environment
- Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and multicultural teams
- Upper-Intermediate English level for clear, professional communication with native speakers
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas confidently and adapt style for diverse teams
- Attention to detail in handling documents and working with analytics
- Flexibility and stress resistance to navigate complex situations and deliver practical solutions
- Motivation, initiative, and independence with a strong focus on achieving goals
Desirable:
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with common IT industry roles and processes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools to structure information and improve processes
🧩What will your role look like?
In this role, you’ll manage people-related processes throughout the entire contractor lifecycle, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding managers, and partnering with contractors.
- Support and manage HR processes, providing guidance to managers and contractors on people-related matters
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and participate in performance review processes to support team development
- Oversee onboarding, integration, and offboarding of contractors, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience
- Deliver workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve stakeholders’ people management skills
