We invite a skilled and motivated Senior Staffing Manager with hands-on Team Lead experience to join our Talent Excellence Department at Dev.Pro. In this high-ownership leadership role, you’ll oversee strategic hiring initiatives across the company, manage a team of staffing professionals, and act as the primary liaison and escalation point between delivery and recruitment. You’ll collaborate across departments and stakeholders, using your expertise to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring staffing or cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills to drive effective staffing strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Expertise in process development and continuous improvement
- Ability to analyze and interpret staffing metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of ownership and accountability, adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Background in IT recruitment, staffing, or HR
- Understanding of labor market dynamics, trends, and staffing risks
- Proficiency with staffing or HR tools, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll drive effective communication and collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful staffing outcomes.
- Accumulate and maintain structured project- and client-specific staffing knowledge
- Act as the main point of contact for the customer, delivery, and recruitment teams
- Ensure clear communication and hiring progress visibility across stakeholders
- Present projects at hiring events, interviews, and offers
- Develop and implement hiring strategies in collaboration with delivery and recruitment
- Assist internal teams in preparing resources for future staffing needs
- Escalate hiring issues and address blockers promptly
- Facilitate info-heavy meetings like kick-offs, interviews, and offers
- Onboard and mentor recruiters and technical experts on project-specific hiring
- Monitor hiring outcomes and suggest process improvements
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
- Facilitate conflict resolution as needed
