Requirements
We invite a talented Recruiting Assistant to join our team and contribute to the daily operations of Dev.Pro’s Recruiting Department. In this role, you’ll help ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring process while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of recruiting. You’ll receive personalized onboarding and benefit from dedicated mentorship as you build your skills, grow confidence, and gradually take on more challenging responsibilities.

Qualifications and experience:
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily stakeholder interaction
• Strong coordination skills for managing day-to-day recruiting operations
• High attention to detail with accuracy when handling large volumes of information
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills to maintain recruiting documentation
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Stress resilience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and strong work ethic
Desirable:
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets
• Design skills for basic visual or content creation tasks
• Familiarity with publishing platforms and applicant tracking systems such as Workable
• Experience with recruiting or HR operations, preferably within an IT environment
In this role, you’ll support the recruiting team in day-to-day operations, helping ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and manage related documentation
• Respond to managers’ emails about open positions and post job vacancies
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and recruitment events
• Maintain records in Dev.Pro’s applicant tracking system
• Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other recruitment documentation
• Communicate with hiring teams, external agencies, and candidates to support recruitment activities
• Support onboarding and answer payroll- or HR-related questions for new hires
• Help identify opportunities to improve or streamline recruiting processes
