We invite a skilled and proactive Intermediate Swift/iOS Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on a Human Capital Management (HCM) mobile application focused on enhancing employee experience. You’ll help build and refine iOS features that allow employees and managers to access payroll, time & attendance, and benefits systems through a reliable and user-friendly mobile app.

✅ Is that you?
- 3+ years of commercial iOS (Swift) development experience
- Solid understanding of iOS app architecture and lifecycle
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with unit testing and maintaining code quality
- Experience developing features for user-facing or employee self-service applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Proactivity, motivation, autonomy, and accountability
Desirable:
- Experience with PHP, Flutter, Kotlin, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with payroll or HR system development
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud services (AWS)
- Experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholders
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll build and improve iOS features for a hybrid mobile app, focusing on stability, usability, and enhancing the experience for employees and managers.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance iOS features using Swift
- Integrate mobile features with backend services via REST APIs
- Work with native screens and web views within a hybrid mobile app
- Fix bugs and improve performance, stability, and usability
- Support ongoing enhancements to core app modules, including Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and QA to design, build, and deliver high-quality mobile features
