We invite a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help build a leading healthcare cost containment platform. You’ll contribute to developing and evolving services that deliver affordable health insurance plans for self-insured employers, third-party administrators, commercial payers, and claims auditors. The platform includes patient advocacy, data analytics and reporting, and accredited care management services.

✅ Is that you?
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Experience translating business needs into clear, functional requirements and solutions
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive alignment
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Ability to create workflow diagrams and wireframes
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Healthcare domain experience (managed care, claims pricing/adjudication, EDI)
- Experience with prototyping
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business and technical teams to understand needs, define solutions, and help deliver value across projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications or user stories
- Maintain project documentation and visualize workflows through diagrams
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and developers to ensure alignment
- Support backlog prioritization and participate in Agile ceremonies
- Support solution design and ensure requirements are accurately implemented
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
- Communicate progress, risks, and insights to stakeholders
