We invite a talented Data Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of new features, including those used for technological prognosis. ✅ Is that you?
- Upper-Intermediate English level, including formal writing skills
- 1+ year’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly MS Office and Excel (including advanced functions)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities; effective task prioritization
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills
- Self-motivation; ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
Desirable:
- Experience with writing Excel queries
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Ability to process and analyze large data volumes
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
You’ll play an important role in researching, analyzing, and managing data to help the team ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support informed decision-making.
- Research, document, and cite sources for state Medicaid programs following prompts to identify key pricing and editing components
- Analyze supporting data and create standardized data dictionaries
- Review a worklist for data changes requiring new data loads
- Initiate new data load requests
- Analyze data that support pricing and editing functions, and create data dictionaries using predefined templates
- Work with a senior analyst to ensure content quality and identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop business requirements documents (BRD) using a template
- Create test claims to validate requirements using existing claim example template
- Manage BRD deadlines, track completion progress, and identify open items requiring stakeholder input
