Requirements
The Role
As the Recruitment Lead for the Outstaffing Unit, you will bridge the gap between our US-based clients and the thriving Latin American tech talent pool. You will lead a dedicated team of recruiters, devise sourcing strategies for niche technical roles, and ensure our “time-to-fill” and “quality-of-hire” metrics meet the rigorous demands of staff augmentation.
This is not a traditional internal HR role; it requires an agency mindset where speed, precision, and client alignment are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical recruiters focusing on the LatAm market (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, etc.).
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies specifically for the Staff Augmentation model (high volume, quick turnaround, niche tech stacks).
- Analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance) to identify bottlenecks and optimize process efficiency.
2. Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and intermediate engineering roles (e.g., Node.js, React, .NET, Python, DevOps).
- Personally handle high-priority or executive-level searches when required.
- Ensure all candidates possess not only technical excellence but also the Upper-Intermediate to Fluent English required to work directly with US clients.
3. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Directors to understand client project roadmaps and forecast hiring needs.
- Act as a talent advisor, providing market intelligence on LatAm salary trends, talent availability, and competitive landscapes to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure candidates are pre-vetted for “client readiness” (soft skills, communication style, and cultural fit for US teams).
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Industry Background: Proven experience in IT/Tech Recruitment is non-negotiable. Experience in an Outstaffing agency, RPO, or Staff Augmentation firm is highly preferred.
- Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the Latin American tech market (sourcing channels, salary expectations, legal nuances).
- Language: Advanced/Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory. You will communicate daily with US leadership.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and tech stacks.
About You
- Agile Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly based on client needs.
- Data-Driven: You don’t just “feel” like things are going well; you have the data to prove it.
- Communicator: You can clearly articulate complex hiring challenges to non-recruiter stakeholders.
- Problem Solver: When the standard job boards fail, you know how to get creative with sourcing.
