We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join our Business Development team. This is a unique opportunity to focus on what you do best: setup and drive business development and sales processes in a technological company. You will be a key part of our growth in LATAM, structuring complex deals and mentoring junior sales staff.
This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours/week) that offers the flexibility and autonomy you need to succeed.

โ Is that you?
- 3-5 years experience in IT, SaaS, or Outstaffing sales
- History of outstanding sales achievement and experience in structuring and closing large, complex deals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
- Ability to work creatively with various obstacles and come up with solutions
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills (Advanced English)
Desirable:
- Experience specifically within the Outstaffing/Staff Augmentation industry
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with Google Suite and Jira
๐งฉ Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, youโll combine strategic planning with hands-on sales execution to drive the companyโs revenue growth. You won’t just manage a pipeline; you will build the process.
- Work out leads selection criteria and client portrait (ICP)
- Build and manage leads generation channels
- Generate leads, have initial calls with interested leads, hold product demos and presentations, and establish new accounts
- Maintain leads and accounts tracking and management process (follow-up, status updates, reporting)
- Keep management informed of all activities by submitting activity and results reports
- Keep business development plans up-to-date and manage the timeline
- Identify new markets and business opportunities, propose sales plans and campaigns
- Recommend changes in existing sales channels to raise sales efficiency
- Train and mentor BDRs (Business Development Representatives)
