We invite a proactive and target-focused Business Development Representative, preferably with expertise in the Staff Augmentation (Outstaff) space, to join our new team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll focus on cold calling potential clients and generating new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and engaging with decision-makers at prospect companies to help drive company growth.

✅ Is that you?
- 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role focused on cold calling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections, handling rejections, and fostering long-term opportunities
- Ability to quickly learn and clearly communicate Dev.Pro’s Outstaff services
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Native proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
Desirable:
- Experience in IT outsourcing, software development, or B2B tech sales
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and automation platforms
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll help drive business growth for our company by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and showing how Dev.Pro’s services can add value.
- Make high-volume cold calls to introduce Dev.Pro’s Outstaff/Staff augmentation services and value propositions
- Identify and qualify leads to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential opportunities
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and challenges
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up on potential leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and prospect information
- Meet or exceed monthly call quotas and lead generation targets
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback and performance metrics
