About this opportunity
We invite a skilled 3D Modeler/Technical Artist to join our team in delivering innovative VR training solutions for the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. In this role, you’ll help drive our modernization efforts to elevate visual fidelity and realism to today’s cutting-edge VR standards. You’ll create realistic lab and medical equipment assets, refine shaders and materials, and contribute to immersive, high-quality VR simulations.

Is that you?
• Proven experience in realistic or technical 3D modeling
• Expertise with shaders, textures, and materials in Unity (Shader Graph, VFX Graph, etc.)
• Proficiency with Maya, Blender, or equivalent 3D modeling tools
• Familiarity with FBX workflows and FBX-based asset pipelines
• Strong portfolio demonstrating realistic, high-fidelity 3D work
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Availability to collaborate across U.S. time zones
Desirable:
• Hands-on experience developing for VR platforms like Quest or Pico
• Understanding of animation and rigging fundamentals
• Familiarity with headset-agnostic development and OpenXR compatibility
• Basic knowledge of C# for Unity integration or shader scripting
Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll create and refine 3D assets for immersive VR training simulations, working closely with the development team to ensure technical excellence and visual quality.
• Model and texture realistic medical and laboratory equipment
• Enhance shaders, materials, and visual fidelity for VR training simulations
• Refine lab environment assets for consistency and realism
• Ensure assets integrate smoothly with Unity and meet performance standards
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Innovation Technology and lead developer to ensure technical alignment, visual accuracy, and efficient delivery
• Contribute to creating high-quality, visually accurate VR training simulations
