We invite a Principal Test Automation Engineer to join our team and drive a strategic Center of Excellence (CoE) initiative for a leading global provider of payment technology and financial solutions. In this role, you’ll define the overall QA approach, establish automation standards, and ensure CoE strategy adoption and alignment across multiple product teams and stakeholders. You’ll also act as a Lead for a team of talented AQA specialists, guiding their work and helping translate plans into tangible QA outcomes.

✅ Is that you?
- 5+ years in software automation testing, with experience in automation frameworks, JavaScript, AWS, Azure, CI/CD, and QA best practices
- Proven experience defining QA strategies, frameworks, and standards for enterprise-scale initiatives
- Familiarity with performance/resiliency testing, test data management, and GRC compliance
- Ability to translate strategic QA objectives into actionable plans
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills for presenting strategies, gaining buy-in, and driving adoption
- Proactivity, adaptability, and ability to take ownership of strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- 1+ year of experience leading and mentoring Senior AQA engineers
- Experience building Centers of Excellence or leading QA transformation initiatives
- Experience coordinating QA activities across multiple products and teams in enterprise environments
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll lead QA strategy for the CoE initiative, guide senior AQA engineers, and work with stakeholders to align goals and drive adoption across teams and products.
- Define the overall QA strategy, frameworks, and standards for the CoE initiative, ensuring alignment across multiple products and teams
- Lead the development of testing approaches, frameworks, and processes, translating strategic QA goals into actionable plans
- Guide a team of AQA specialists in implementing automation, performance, resiliency, and compliance (GRC) testing
- Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to align on QA priorities and drive adoption of CoE practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AQA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and excellence
- Ensure QA solutions meet enterprise standards, client expectations, and compliance requirements
