We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our staff augmentation team. This is a unique opportunity to focus on what you do best: connect high-level IT professionals with meaningful work. This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours/week) that offers the flexibility and autonomy you need to succeed.

โ Is that you?
- 4+ years of experience in IT/Tech recruiting
- Solid understanding of software development company functioning
- Good understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements professionally with potential candidates
- Ability to drive full-cycle recruitment process
- Wide network and good understanding of local IT community
- Strong motivation from individual contribution and team achievements, self-motivation ability
- Analytical skills, attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho, Applicant Pro, etc.)
- Experience with various recruiting process automation tools
- Experience with Google Suite and Jira.

In this role, youโll combine hands-on engineering work with team leadership responsibilities to drive the teamโs success and ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
- As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you won’t just manage a pipeline; you’ll be a strategic partner. You will master the full recruitment lifecycle within the dynamic tech market, receiving dedicated professional training to elevate your expertise.
- Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to find the best talent.
- Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking system.
