We invite an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team to build a modern web-based portal for managing and monitoring IoT devices in refrigeration systems. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on development with team leadership, guiding technical decisions and ensuring smooth delivery. You’ll help create reliable, user-friendly tools for a global company specializing in smart, efficient control solutions for heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.

✅ Is that you?
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- 1-2+ years leading a Scrum team of up to 8 members
- Experience building enterprise-level web applications
- Strong .NET backend development skills
- Solid frontend experience with Vue.js
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience making technical decisions and ensuring code quality
- Understanding of modern web architecture and APIs
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
- Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and accountability
- Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders and customers
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Familiarity with IoT platforms or SCADA systems
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll serve as a technical leader for the team, driving technical decisions while actively contributing to software development.
- Lead a Scrum team of engineers, balancing hands-on coding with technical guidance
- Use your full-stack development expertise to guide the team in developing a web-based portal for managing and monitoring IoT devices in refrigeration systems
- Make key technical decisions ensuring the high quality of the solution
- Enhance the team’s technical expertise through mentorship, code reviews, and technical discussions
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders on technical subjects
- Ensure smooth and timely delivery of project milestones
- Promote a collaborative, motivated, and productive team environment
