We invite an experienced Senior Staffing Manager to join our Talent Excellence Department at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll contribute to efficient hiring for various challenging and exciting IT projects, acting as a critical liaison between delivery and recruitment teams. You’ll use your recruitment expertise to support and strengthen our strategic staffing efforts and ensure smooth collaboration across departments and stakeholders.

✅ Is that you?
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing roles
- Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills
- Strong conflict resolution and expectation management abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret staffing metrics and KPIs
- High level of ownership and accountability, adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Understanding of labor market dynamics, trends, and staffing risks
- Proficiency with staffing or HR tools, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll drive effective communication and collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful staffing outcomes.
- Accumulate and maintain structured project- and client-specific staffing knowledge
- Act as the main point of contact for the customer, delivery, and recruitment teams
- Ensure clear communication and hiring progress visibility across stakeholders
- Present projects at hiring events, interviews, and offers
- Contribute to the development of hiring strategies in collaboration with delivery and recruitment
- Assist internal teams in preparing resources for future staffing needs
- Escalate hiring issues and address blockers promptly
- Facilitate info-heavy meetings like kick-offs, interviews, and offers
- Share project-specific hiring knowledge with recruiters and technical experts
- Monitor hiring outcomes and provide feedback for process improvements
- Help manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and conflict resolution
