We invite a Senior Test Engineer with a strong background in manual testing to join our Manual QA team in Wroclaw. In this full-time office-based role, you’ll help ensure top-tier software quality for a recognized leader in the Point of Sale industry. You’ll apply your expertise to address ongoing custom software testing needs driven by client initiatives in sales, marketing, operations, and the onboarding of new enterprise clients.

✅ Is that you?
- 5+ years of manual testing experience (web, backend, API, platforms)
- Excellent understanding of QA principles, methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and the full bug life cycle
- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and smoke testing
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL
- Proficiency with Jira
- Experience collaborating with product managers or end users to align tests with requirements
- Intermediate+ English level
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, clear communication, and a demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality results
Desirable:
- Experience with mobile application testing (Android/iOS)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, especially Kanban
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll conduct manual testing of POS systems, peripherals, and mobile applications, working closely with the team to ensure functionality, reliability, and seamless hardware/software integration.
- Test POS hardware (terminals, printers, payment devices) and perform manual testing of cross-platform POS software on Windows, Android, and iOS
- Design and execute test cases based on specifications and business requirements
- Test and verify the functionality of specific features on POS terminals to ensure reliable performance
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Identify, document, and report bugs, tracking defects through resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development life cycle
- Create, maintain, and update test documentation
