We invite an experienced Proposal Lead to join Dev.Pro’s Engineering Presales team. You’ll manage the entire lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs β from opportunity assessment and prospect research to proposal development, presentation, and transition to the delivery team. Your expertise in creating compelling and customized proposals will help drive our business growth and build lasting client relationships.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in proposal development, bid management, and RFP processes
- Experience in software development and a strong understanding of SDLC
- Profound knowledge of the business development lifecycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to create and convey compelling value propositions
- Ability to build rapport with different buyer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with a structured and detail-oriented approach
Desirable:
- Sales experience and understanding of sales processes
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Technical background and familiarity with the IT industry
π§©Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end RFP process, leading proposal development, collaborating on winning strategies, and maintaining a knowledge base to refine our approach and maximize success.
- Act as the main point of contact for proposal preparation
- Lead bid qualification with Sales and Presales teams
- Identify RFP risks and coordinate mitigation
- Develop and communicate winning proposal strategies aligned with client needs
- Analyze RFP requirements and create compliance matrices
- Write executive summaries and custom materials
- Oversee proposal development, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong visuals
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop accurate, compelling responses
- Ensure effective decision-making and task delegation across teams
- Track RFP responses and maintain up-to-date records
- Keep management informed of progress and provide reporting inputs
- Maintain and improve the proposal resource library
- Continuously refine materials based on feedback and win/loss analysis
