We invite a driven and well-organized Recruiting Researcher to join our Recruitment Department at Dev.Pro β a leading IT outsourcing company with expertise across a vast range of tech-driven domains. β Is that you?
- 1+years of experience in recruitment and candidate research
- Familiarity with the IT field, including key technologies and roles
- Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and/or experience in recruiting activities
- Familiarity with various search/sourcing tools
- Proficiency in Google Docs
- Experience with any ATS
- Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
- Keen attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, switch between them quickly, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work within a team, and with people from different timezones.
Desirable:
- Participation in HR or recruitment courses/seminars tailored to the needs of the IT sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
𧩠Key responsibilities and your contribution
As a Recruiting Researcher, you’ll be a valuable contributor to our recruitment efforts, using your skills to ensure an effective candidate search and communication process.
- Proactively sourcing qualified candidates from various sources
- Researching to identify potential candidates.
- Screening candidates based on specified criteria.
- Working with the existing candidate database, performing various reporting and documentation tasks
- Assisting recruiters in hiring both technical and non-technical specialists
