We invite a driven and well-organized Recruiting Researcher to join our Recruitment Department at Dev.Pro – a leading IT outsourcing company with expertise across a vast range of tech-driven domains. βœ… Is that you?

  • 1+years of experience in recruitment and candidate research
  • Familiarity with the IT field, including key technologies and roles
  • Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and/or experience in recruiting activities
  • Familiarity with various search/sourcing tools
  • Proficiency in Google Docs
  • Experience with any ATS
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
  • Keen attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, switch between them quickly, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team, and with people from different timezones.

Desirable:

  • Participation in HR or recruitment courses/seminars tailored to the needs of the IT sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution

As a Recruiting Researcher, you’ll be a valuable contributor to our recruitment efforts, using your skills to ensure an effective candidate search and communication process.

  • Proactively sourcing qualified candidates from various sources
  • Researching to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening candidates based on specified criteria.
  • Working with the existing candidate database, performing various reporting and documentation tasks
  • Assisting recruiters in hiring both technical and non-technical specialists
