We invite a responsible and motivated Associate HR Manager to join our HR Department at Dev.Pro. In this process-oriented role, you’ll help support key HR functions through tasks like managing HR-related systems, maintaining records, and handling routine administrative tasks. You’ll gain hands-on experience with various HR operations and contribute to the smooth running of daily HR tasks.

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
As an Associate HR Manager, you’ll contribute to our HR operations by managing systems, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Perform tasks related to maintaining the company’s PTO portal (reports, monthly checks, contractor support on PTO-related questions)
- Maintain and update records related to contractors’ skills and adaptation progress (skill set matrix, adaptation survey, etc.)
- Oversee contractor access and information in the company’s Recognize App and provide support as needed
- Handle custom data requests from other departments (filtering employee lists, updating termination records, etc.)
- Conduct documentation checks and communicate with global Dev.Pro specialists in writing
