We invite an experienced Data Management Engineer to join a U.S.-based industry leader specializing in conversation intelligence and customer engagement. In this role, youโll help design scalable systems, create seamless UIs, and enhance real-time analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making. - Bachelorโs degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in full-stack development with a focus on data-driven platforms
- Expertise in C# and .NET (preferably .NET 8)
- Proficiency with Azure services (Data Explorer, Functions, Event Hubs, Cosmos DB)
- Experience with Snowflake and optimizing data pipelines
- Familiarity with Kafka/Confluent
- Advanced knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
- Understanding of data ingestion, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, ETL workflows, and real-time analytics
- Skills in query optimization and efficient data processing
- Experience with big data and real-time data processing frameworks
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Java or Scala
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices

In this role, youโll join our Product Engineering Team to develop and optimize data solutions, modernize legacy systems, and create a future-proof platform that gives clients real-time insights and supports smarter decision-making.
- Design and build scalable APIs and microservices for real-time data ingestion and analytics using Azure technologies
- Optimize the integration of real-time data pipelines with Azure Data Explorer, Snowflake, and Kafka/Confluent
- Migrate legacy platforms to a unified, efficient “data of record” system
- Optimize workflows, queries, and APIs for improved performance and scalability
- Design and implement cost-efficient, high-performance pipelines for real-time, flexible analytics
- Create API-configurable pipelines to integrate with tools like Twilio and enable real-time omnichannel conversational analytics
