We invite a proactive, flexible, and reliable IT Specialist to join our IT Support Team at Dev.Pro β a company with high-scale projects in POS, restaurant business, healthcare, fintech, and other domains. Youβll help support services for usersβ and clientsβ environments. This remote position involves switching between projects, working with various technologies, and learning to solve technical issues quickly and efficiently.

- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, systems, and application issues
- Experience with macOS, Windows, and Linux (Ubuntu) administration
- Proficiency in basic laptop configuration, OS reinstallation, and software setup
- Experience managing users and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian, and similar platforms
- Skills in writing and troubleshooting basic scripts (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
- Experience with sourcing and managing IT equipment
- Ability to create and maintain project documentation
- Intermediate+ English level
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of corporate communication standards
Desirable:
- Familiarity with SaaS systems and cloud services
- Previous experience in support roles (e.g., system administration, helpdesk work, etc.)
π§©Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll work remotely to support a variety of our IT operations. As part of our IT Support team, you’ll help office-based and remote contractors optimize their productivity and ensure a smooth technology experience.
- Administer macOS, Windows, and Linux (Ubuntu) systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and application issues
- Configure laptops, reinstall OS, and set up software
- Manage users and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian, and other platforms
- Write and troubleshoot basic scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Source and manage IT equipment, including handling global shipments for contractors
