We invite a talented, proactive, and result-driven Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in .NET and React.js and strong team leadership skills to join our fintech project. You’ll help us develop, enhance, and maintain innovative fintech products for our client, a leading provider of billing services to businesses across various domains. You’ll work on an internal admin panel project for onboarding new merchants that allows managing permissions and configuring settings for up to 50 end users.

✅ Is that you?
- 4+ years of hands-on .NET experience and strong .NET Core knowledge
- JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js proficiency
- Unit test writing experience
- Knowledge of MS SQL and stored procedures
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Strong accountability and self-organization
- Proven leadership experience, including leading multinational teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and client interaction skills
- Ability to foster productive relationships within and between teams
- Ability to escalate and follow through on issues until resolution
Desirable:
- Fintech domain background
- Familiarity with the pre-Core .NET Framework
- Understanding of the CQRS pattern
- Experience with Next.js
- Basic knowledge of deployment processes
- Experience with GCP and Docker
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll lead a team of highly skilled and talented software engineers, using your expertise to facilitate the transition of a legacy fintech app to a new stack for improved speed, quality, and performance and update it with new features designed from scratch.
- Lead development efforts, address and resolve bugs, and oversee release processes
- Coordinate tasks and ensure effective team collaboration
- Manage and mentor software engineers, resolve issues, and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders on technical decisions
- Evaluate deliverables and suggest improvements
- Implement design patterns and best practices
- Participate in backlog refinement and architectural and design discussions
- Conduct code reviews and develop comprehensive unit tests
