✅ Is that you?
- 3 years of experience in business analysis or as a product owner
- Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience writing user stories, requirements, and product documentation
- Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate with design and development teams to deliver high-quality products
Desirable:
- Experience with Web3, blockchain, or fintech projects
- Familiarity with UX/UI design and working with design teams
- Knowledge of roadmap planning and long-term project management
- Understanding of software development processes and technical concepts
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll support our Senior BA, helping manage the increasing workload as our blockchain project grows and ensuring we deliver high-quality results efficiently and on time.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features
- Manage and refine team backlog
- Write clear and concise user stories and requirements
- Conduct sprint grooming and review meetings
- Work closely with the development team to ensure successful product delivery
- Work closely with the design team to create comprehensive mockups
- Monitor and report on product progress, making adjustments as necessary
