Starting From Your First Day
Starting a new role remotely can feel disorienting if nobody’s thought it through. We have. From day one, you’ll have:
You always know what’s next without feeling overwhelmed and wondering what you’re supposed to be doing on Tuesday morning.
We want your setup to work as hard as you do, that’s why we support your home office from the start with:
Because when your environment works well, you work well.
Across teams and time zones, we share the same values, rituals, and inside jokes. Each team adds its own flavor, from engineering weeks to creative sprints and local meetups, while everyone chooses where they work best: home, coworking space, or favorite café.
You’re free to work from wherever you wish. The only thing that travels with you is the responsibility to keep delivery strong and clients happy. Here’s how it works:
Mystery Lunches bring specialists from different departments together without telling anyone who else is coming. A host runs interactive tasks and mini-games that get people talking.
Coffee Breaks match two unfamiliar contractors for a virtual conversation. Many specifically request someone from a different country, and the cross-cultural exchange is often the highlight.
Speed Friendlying is when contractors rotate every five minutes in a Google Meet session, each pair picking a discussion question and adding a GIF to a shared wall representing what they learned about each other.
Dev.Pro Hangouts. We organize them every quarter, and we try hard not to repeat ourselves but to keep it fun.
Self-defense courses. First aid training. Cooking classes. Creative workshops. Movie nights. The format changes, the spirit doesn’t: colleagues spending quality time together in a way that has nothing to do with a deliverable or a deadline.
Dev.Pro Wellness Marathon. Covers a wide range of sports and personal challenges, chosen deliberately to reflect what our people are passionate about. It’s all about encouragement, the check-ins, and the shared momentum of doing something hard alongside people who are doing it too.
Mental Health Marathon was the initiative we’ve launched in 2025, and it became one of the most meaningful things we’ve done as a company. Over 100 people participated. We met with psychologists, explored art therapy, discussed books together, visited rage rooms to release some steam, painted, and had honest conversations about how we were feeling.

Explore open roles and join a remote-first team built for flexibility.
It depends on the project you join. In most cases, yes — we align with the client’s timezone so you can join meetings and collaborate with the team in real time.
No, you can work from wherever you’re based. As long as you have a reliable internet connection and meet any client-specific requirements, you’re good to go.
Once you’re hired, our team will walk you through everything remotely, including account setup, tools and access, introductions to your team, and project-specific training. You’ll have a point of contact to help you get up to speed in your first weeks.
We run formal performance reviews once a year, where your manager evaluates your growth, skills, and impact. That said, you don’t have to wait for review season, and you can discuss promotion with your manager anytime.
